Reflective Quiz
Sexuality Spectrum Test
Gauge where you currently land on the sexuality spectrum, from exclusively heterosexual to proudly queer. Reflect on your attractions, fantasies, and emotional cues, then match your score with the interpretation tiers at the end.
What is the Sexuality Spectrum Test?
A Sexuality Test is a tool designed to help individuals explore and understand their sexual orientation and preferences. It consists of a series of 12 questions that assess feelings, attractions, and behaviors related to sexuality. These tests can range from scientifically backed assessments, such as the Kinsey Scale or the Erotic Response and Orientation Scale (EROS), to more informal quizzes available online. While they cannot definitively label a person's sexual identity, they offer insights and provoke thought, making it easier for individuals to reflect on their sexuality and where they may fall on the spectrum.

Score Interpretation
0 – 8 points
Primarily Heterosexual
Your attractions and experiences lean strongly toward opposite-gender partners. If you’re content with that label, embrace it—but remember that sexuality can evolve over time.
9 – 17 points
Mostly Straight, Open to More
You relate to heterosexual experiences yet stay curious about other possibilities. You may identify as mostly straight, bicurious, or questioning, and that space is valid.
18 – 27 points
Fluid or Bisexual Spectrum
Your attractions span genders, pointing toward a bi, pan, or otherwise fluid orientation. Lean into the labels—or lack of labels—that feel affirming to you.
28 – 36 points
Primarily Same-Gender Attraction
You resonate most with same-gender attraction and likely feel at home somewhere on the gay, lesbian, or queer spectrum. Celebrate the identity that reflects your experiences best.
